How to get your interview at Newark Global Entry Enrollment Center

  1. Apply for your program at ttp.cbp.dhs.gov. The Global Entry application fee is $120 for 5 years — many travel credit cards reimburse it.
  2. Wait for conditional approval. Most applications are conditionally approved within a few weeks; you can only book an interview after that.

The Newark Enrollment Center is located on the ground level, Terminal B, behind domestic luggage belt number 1. Parking is available at the Terminal B short term parking lot. Please check with Port Authority of NY/NJ regarding parking rates.

Walk-in appointments are not accepted at this time.

Closed on all Federal Holidays.

All valid Passports, Visa’s, Permanent Resident cards and Drivers Licenses are required for your interview, even for a renewal interview. If a minor/child has a different last name then their parent accompanying them to the interview, then a physical copy of a birth certificate is required. If the address on your Driver's License is not reasonably current, you must update your document prior to your interview.

All document updates can now be done online by submitting a request online at the following link: https://help.cbp.gov/s/questions?language=en_US. If you choose to come in person, All Passport updates and Name changes are done Monday-Friday between 8:30AM-10:30AM and 3:30PM-5:30PM. No appointments are needed for Passport updates and/or name changes. Name changes must bring their new Passport and Driver’s License with current address for proof of residency and physical marriage certificate/divorce decree etc. Electronic copies of anything are not accepted at this time. All other interviews require appointments. Everyone requires their own scheduled appointment made in their own account, regardless of age - You cannot make multiple appointments under one account.
