Who's behind this, and where the numbers come from.

Why Haya exists

Haya started as a personal problem. Founder Isaac Pato (LinkedIn) needed a Global Entry interview for his newborn son so the whole family could keep traveling together — and found every nearby enrollment center booked out for months, while cancelled slots vanished within minutes of appearing. So he built a watcher for the official CBP scheduler. It found the family an appointment within days, and Haya is that same tool, opened up for everyone.

What Haya does

Haya checks the public CBP Trusted Traveler Programs scheduler every 5 minutes, around the clock, and alerts you the moment an interview slot opens at the enrollment centers you're watching — for Global Entry, NEXUS, and SENTRI. Email alerts are free; push and SMS alerts for near-term slots are on Pro. Haya never books anything for you: you book yourself at ttp.cbp.dhs.gov, exactly as CBP intends.

Where the data comes from

All appointment and wait-time data comes from the public CBP TTP API — the same source the official scheduler uses. From it we publish:

Live interview wait times for every enrollment center, refreshed weekly
Per-center pages with booking guidance and wait history
Guides to conditional approval, Enrollment on Arrival, interviews, and fee credits
A free JSON API of the whole dataset (CC BY 4.0 — cite us and it's yours)

We publish our methodology alongside the data, and journalists and researchers are welcome to use it with attribution.

What Haya is not

Haya is an independent service by Merrowa. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection or any government agency, and it never asks for your TTP login, application details, or any government credentials.
