The US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Global Entry Enrollment Center is located inside the National Museum of the American Indian.

Please use the entrance labeled “Group Museum Entrance” located on the far right of the main stairwell entrance.

Inform security that you have a Global Entry appointment.

The waiting area is to the left of the elevators on the 1st floor, with signs in front of two couches.

Do not wander from the waiting area or disturb neighboring offices. A CBP employee will come to escort you to the enrollment center.

When you have completed enrollment, follow the Officer’s and/or employee's instructions.

A CBP employee will escort you back to the lobby of the building and you will depart from the same door you entered.

What to bring — CBP notes for this center

You must bring your VALID UNEXPIRED PASSPORT BOOK,

VALID UNEXPIRED Legal Permanent Resident (LPR) card, if applicable.

If expired, bring Form 797 showing approved extension for 48 months.

All foreign nationals enrolling must bring supplemental documents to include, Form I-129S and/or Form I-20.

MINOR applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian listed on the minor's birth certificate.

Original birth certificates for all applicants under the age of 18 are required.

Custody Agreements, if such exist.

Certified Certificates of Disposition (Judgement & Convictions, Expungement Orders) for ALL arrests, if applicable.

Please make sure to have all documents available at the time of interview.

Absolutely NO weapons of any kind, food, drinks, skateboards, bicycles, or scooters as per building management and security policies.

You will be going through security screening.

You will be escorted throughout the Federal Building during your appointment.
