How to get your interview at Tucson Enrollment Center

  1. Apply for your program at ttp.cbp.dhs.gov. The Global Entry application fee is $120 for 5 years — many travel credit cards reimburse it.
  2. Wait for conditional approval. Most applications are conditionally approved within a few weeks; you can only book an interview after that.
  3. Book the interview — at Tucson Enrollment Center or any other center nationwide. When everything looks booked, cancellations still open up daily: set a free alert and grab the next one.
  4. Or skip the appointment entirely with Enrollment on Arrival when landing in the US from abroad — see what to do after conditional approval.

Where to go

We are located on the first floor of the Executive Tower on Plumer Avenue. Once inside the lobby walk to the sliding glass doors and press the call station button to the right of the door. Keep in mind that all appointments are in Arizona (local) time zone.
