Take I-75 north to exit 394. Turn left on Easterday Ave., at stop sign, turn right on Portage St. Travel approximately ½ mile to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection building on right hand side. The copper building with windows. Turn right into parking area. Public parking is on the right side. Proceed to walkway and enter the building at the elevator, choosing Level 1 Floor Button. This is for the NEXUS, GLOBAL ENTRY and FAST applicants.

This is for the NEXUS, GLOBAL ENTRY and FAST applicants.
You will be required to present the following documents, if applicable, at your interview: Driver's license, passport for each citizenship claimed, certificate of citizenship (if applicable), proof of address or residency if different from application information (Utility bill, bank statement, address change info.) Birth Certificate: original or certified copy only, if needed for minor child or if you do not have a passport.
FOR MINOR CHILDREN: Birth certificate, passport (if applicable) AND permission/letter from both parents/guardians authorizing the child to obtain the travel document.
