• VALID/UNEXPIRED PASSPORT BOOK. (Passport Cards will not be accepted).
• Driver's license (If your residence is different from what is listed on your driver's license, please provide PROOF OF CURRENT RESIDENCY.)
• If applicable, Lawful Permanent Resident Card (with machine readable zone)
• If you have ever been arrested, please bring certified court documents showing the disposition of your arrest(s) regardless of the date and outcome. (A name search document will not be accepted).
If interviewing for the APEC Program, please provide proof of current business involvement with businesses located in APEC approved countries.
Only the applicant with an appointment will be allowed access to the enrollment center, exception for minor children(17 under) arriving with parent/guardian.
