Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of haya.merrowa.com and the Haya appointment alert service (the "Service") operated by Merrowa ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Haya monitors the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler Programs scheduling API and sends you alerts when appointment slots become available at your chosen enrollment centers for Global Entry, NEXUS, or SENTRI.

We do not guarantee that:

Appointment availability is determined solely by CBP. We have no affiliation with CBP or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use passwordless (magic-link) authentication — keep your email account secure. Notify us at support@merrowa.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of multiple people under a single account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Haya offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions until their next renewal.

Refunds: We offer refunds at our discretion. If the Service has not worked as expected, contact us at support@merrowa.com within 7 days of your charge.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Merrowa and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ALERTS WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFULLY BOOKED APPOINTMENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MERROWA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR MISSED APPOINTMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or modify these Terms, at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
